Order Processing
Orders are processed as soon as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times begin once your order ships. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Peru (domestic)
Orders shipped within Peru are usually delivered in 3 to 4 days after they ship.

Europe
Delivery to European countries takes longer than domestic delivery and varies by country and carrier. Estimated delivery times for your destination are shown at checkout before you place your order.

United States, Canada and Mexico
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as displayed at checkout.

Customs, Taxes and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other applicable taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. Where available, these charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

European Union
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and import fees. If checkout states that duties and taxes are prepaid, you should not be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery. Amounts depend on the destination country, product classification, product value and shipping method, and customs processing may affect delivery times.

Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees. If these are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Peru, the United States, Canada, Mexico, and these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link, where applicable. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it is in transit we cannot modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders are processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
